Overview
The AquaTemp™ Roast-N-Hold™ features a slow-convected air system which allows you to roast, cook, bake, reheat and hold with precise temperature and humidity control. This unit can be caster-mounted for mobility (sold separately) and features a top-mounted power unit with solid-state process controls. Includes six (6) sets of universal slides, adjustable on 1-1/2" centers, (3) chrome plated wire grids, anti-microbial latches, stainless steel interior and exterior.
